What To Expect
A unique hunting, jetboating and lodging experience.
Our hunting season begins in April when hibernation is coming to an end and food becomes plentiful. Not only is this a great time of year for hunting, it’s a rare opportunity to see the Salmon River mountains alive with greenery and all is in bloom. We hunt in a two-bear territory, often jet boating a few miles downstream to the bait location. We are grateful to have experienced high success rates and many color phase bears.
Hunters, junior hunters and non-hunters alike will find plenty to enjoy on our beautiful property on the side of the river. We’ll begin each hunt by departing from the lodge and returning by evening. While the hunters are away, family and friends have access to our private beaches, yard games, disc golfing and hiking trails. Some may be tempted to cozy up on a couch in the main lodge with a cup of coffee and a beautiful view.
Find thrill and challenge in the Frank Church wilderness.
